To encourage, Train, Send, and Sustain effectively in ministry
A New Breed!
The Lord has opened doors for us to develop a ministry to young leaders and missionaries around the world, where we see them not only trained and sent but also equipped, encouraged and sustained in ministry. We have always had opportunity to lecture and train in YWAM and other Bible colleges, we now want to take that further in apostolic input to those on the field. We also see the possibility of assisting the development of other equipping, ‘training-sending-sustaining’, missional, Local Church-based ministry schools and colleges..
One on Ones
As much face to face as possible. We will use technology to maintain a constant availability to connect when needed with those we support through this ministry.
Small Groups
‘Small Groups’ of leaders and missionaries (peers can minister to one another in prayer, encouragement and various other ways)
Visits to The Field
we plan to either be on the ground with those in our groups once a year where possible. W believe that it helps to have apostolic input on the ground at the “coal face” where the ministry is done.
Teaching
Teaching a new generation of young people stepping out into ministry. The door for us to continue doing this in YWAM has reignited, and we also desire to impart into other missions and churches and training colleges.
Speaking into local Churches
Speaking into local Churches to champion the call of God on people lives, and see people rise up to the missional ‘GO!’ both in their local setting and into all the world.
Resourcing the GO!
We desire to be a channel of blessing and resource, both financial and practical, to those in ministry, especially those who raise their own partner support.
